Our Client
Our client is a respected membership and charitable organisation with a commercially successful trading subsidiary. Following a period of organisational transformation, they are seeking an experienced finance professional to support the next phase of growth, performance and financial excellence.

The Role
This is a highly visible business partnering position, embedded within the leadership team of a £20m turnover trading business.

• Partner with senior executives to support strategic decision-making
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and business planning processes
• Deliver insightful management reporting and performance analysis
• Develop financial models to support commercial initiatives and investment decisions
• Drive the use of KPIs and data to improve business performance

Main Duties
Working closely with both finance and operational leadership, you will:

• Provide financial challenge, support and commercial insight to senior stakeholders
• Produce accurate forecasts, budgets and long-term financial plans
• Develop business cases and commercial analysis for new initiatives
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting
• Support commercial negotiations through financial modelling and analysis

The Successful Candidate

• Professionally qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Proven experience in a business partnering or commercial finance role
• Strong financial modelling, forecasting and analytical skills
• Experience influencing senior leaders and executive stakeholders
• Commercially minded with the ability to balance challenge and support
• Confident working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Advanced Excel and financial systems knowledge
