Travel Coordinator / Consultant – Professional Services – Mayfair - £50,000 – £55,000 – HYBRID - #2147785

A highly successful, established professional services firm based in Mayfair are seeking an experienced Travel Coordinator/Consultant to support the Principal/CEO in organising both business and private travel. You will be based in the office two days a week however as the Principal operates on a 24/7 basis, total flexibility is required, including occasional out-of-hours contact.

The Role:

• Providing dedicated, high-touch travel support to the Principal/CEO
• Organising extensive private and corporate travel, including visas and detailed itineraries
• Managing last-minute changes calmly and efficiently

Ideal Candidate:

• Extensive experience in travel coordination, including private and corporate travel, visas, and itineraries
• Experience working with HNW clients
• Proactive, personable, flexible and highly organised
• Mature, unflappable, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to handle last-minute changes with ease

Benefits:

• Salary £50,000 – £55,000
• Hybrid working (2 days office based but flexible to be in the office 5 days when the CEO is in)
