Travel/Logistics Coordinator – Design/Architecture Consultancy - £35k - £40k – London – HYBRID - #2147787

Established Design and Architecture Consultancy are looking for a well-travelled, detail-oriented Travel & Logistics Coordinator. You will take full ownership of travel and logistics for a global team of Designers and Architects working on prestigious international projects which include transporting delicate architectural models globally to clients, at times you may be required to travel with a piece to ensure safe delivery!!

This position offers flexible working hours as earlier as 8am or as late as 6:30pm as long as core hours of 10am-4pm are covered. The role is hybrid with 4 days based in the office, some flexibility needed around weekends and when travelling yourself.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate international travel bookings, visas, transfers and logistics for the design and architecture teams
• Plan and manage the safe transport of models to clients globally, including creative problem-solving for oversized or fragile pieces
• Travel with models when needed to ensure safe delivery
• Respond to last-minute changes, including occasional weekend flexibility

Ideal candidate:

• Well-travelled with a genuine interest in travel
• Strong knowledge of the logistics and intricacies of international travel (airport layouts, visas, transfers, transport)
• Creative problem-solver, comfortable with logistics puzzles
• Flexible and happy to pick up occasional out-of-hours changes
