WORKING HOURS: 37.5 hours per week, working 5 days across Monday to Sunday

JOB OVERVIEW

This is an exciting opportunity for a Retail Advisor / Beauty Consultant to build a career in premium beauty retail, working across various London locations and creating memorable experiences for every customer.

As a Retail Advisor / Beauty Consultant you will combine personalised service with a commercial approach, helping customers discover products suited to their preferences while working towards individual and account sales targets.

The Brand Ambassador / Retail Beauty Advisor will represent premium fragrance and beauty products with confidence and enthusiasm, develop specialist product knowledge, build customer loyalty and help increase brand awareness.

You will join a supportive, diverse and energetic retail team with opportunities to learn, develop commercial skills and grow your career within an international organisation.

DUTIES

Your duties as the Retail Advisor / Beauty Consultant include:

• Sales Performance: Achieve individual and account sales targets through confident, customer-focused selling
• Customer Experience: Deliver personalised and memorable service, anticipating customer needs and recommending suitable products
• Brand Promotion: Promote premium beauty and fragrance products with passion, confidence and enthusiasm
• Customer Relationships: Build lasting relationships and encourage loyalty through exceptional service and meaningful engagement
• Product Knowledge: Develop strong fragrance and product knowledge and confidently share expertise with customer
• Market Awareness: Keep up to date with products, launches, industry developments and market trends
• Retail Standards: Maintain the standards and expectations required by the employer and retail partner
• Team Contribution: Contribute positively to a collaborative, energetic and results-focused retail environment

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in a one-to-one sales environment
• Fragrance, beauty or luxury retail experience would be advantageous
• Enthusiastic and ambitious approach to achieving personal and commercial goals
• Genuine interest in people, relationship-building and sharing product knowledge
• Keen interest in the beauty and fragrance industry and current market trends
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer-focused approach with the ability to understand and anticipate individual needs
• Confidence to create engaging and memorable retail experiences
• Flexibility to work five days per week across Monday to Sunday
