Company Secretarial Director – London
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Company Secretarial professional to join an established professional services business in London, supporting the development of its corporate services
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of clients and provide technical governance advice
- Oversee corporate structures, compliance and statutory obligations
- Act as a director of client entities where required
- Lead, mentor and develop junior team members
- Support business development, client pitches and strategic projects
- Liaise with legal, risk and compliance teams
Key Skills
- Law degree or relevant governance qualification
- Strong UK company law and corporate governance expertise
- Corporate services provider experience preferred
- Excellent client management, leadership and communication skills
Hybrid Working
3 days per week in the office, 2 days from home
