Payroll Specialist – EMEA

IMMEDIATE / URGENT START

Initial 6-Month Contract

£300–£400 per day – Inside IR35

Remote – UK

We are urgently seeking an experienced EMEA Payroll Specialist for an initial 6-month contract. Strong, hands-on German payroll experience is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end German payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Support payroll delivery across additional EMEA countries.
• Manage payroll inputs, validations, reconciliations and reporting.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external payroll providers.
• Resolve payroll queries and support statutory processes.

About You:

• Strong German payroll experience is essential.
• Solid knowledge of German payroll legislation and statutory requirements.
• Experience with Austria, Poland, Hungary, Turkey, Belgium and/or the Netherlands is highly desirable.
• Previous multi-country/EMEA payroll experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Additional European languages are advantageous but not essential.
