SENIOR MEDIA MANAGER
Join a growing independent digital marketing agency as a Paid Media Account Manager, taking ownership of client campaigns across strategy, optimisation, reporting and performance analysis. This highly autonomous, remote role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing client relationships while remaining hands‑on with campaign delivery. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to innovative automation and AI‑driven initiatives, helping shape the future of digital marketing within a commercially focused and forward‑thinking business.

SENIOR MEDIA MANAGER ROLE:

• Managing a portfolio of client accounts end to end
• Building and optimising campaigns across major paid media platforms
• Managing paid search, paid social, display and video campaigns
• Identifying underperforming campaigns or channels and recommending solutions
• Managing and troubleshooting campaign tracking
• Working with analytics, tag management and conversion tracking tools
• Producing client reporting and translating data into clear commercial recommendations
• Leading client calls and presenting campaign strategy
• Managing campaign budgets and pacing
• Collaborating with senior leadership on automation and AI initiatives
• Attending occasional in-person events and client meetings
• Taking ownership of account performance and proactively identifying potential issues

SENIOR MEDIA MANAGER ESSENTIALS:

• Demonstrating a minimum of three years' hands-on PPC and paid media experience
• Demonstrating strong expertise in Google Ads
• Demonstrating working knowledge of paid social and digital advertising platforms
• Managing campaigns against commercial performance targets
• Managing and maintaining client relationships
• Utilising advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables and lookups
• Using campaign tracking and analytics tools
• Demonstrating an interest in AI, automation and emerging marketing technologies
• Working autonomously and taking ownership of results
