This is a hands-on digital delivery role responsible for leading a major website and member portal transformation programme. You'll manage digital platforms, agency partners and user experience improvements to enhance member engagement and support wider digital growth.

Description

• Lead the delivery of a new website and member portal programme from discovery through to launch.
• Manage digital projects, timelines, budgets, risks and external agency relationships.
• Oversee the day-to-day performance, maintenance and optimisation of web platforms.
• Manage website integrations with CRM and third-party systems to improve user journeys.
• Drive SEO, CRO, AI optimisation and member experience improvements across digital channels.
• Use analytics and customer insight to monitor performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Lead digital innovation, including automation, AI tools and workflow improvements.
• Line manage and develop a Digital Specialist while promoting digital best practice across the organisation.

Profile

• Proven experience delivering large-scale website and digital transformation projects.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience managing digital agencies, suppliers and external development partners.
• Hands-on experience with CMS platforms, website migrations and CRM integrations.
• Strong knowledge of GA4, SEO, CRO, UX and digital performance optimisation.
• Experience using data and customer insight to improve user journeys and engagement.
• A collaborative approach with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• The ability to lead digital innovation, including AI, automation and process improvement initiatives.

Job Offer

• Salary ranging from £55,000 to £65,000, dependent on the level of experience.
• Permanent position based in London.
• Opportunity to contribute to the not-for-profit sector.
