Salary: 80000 - £95,000 + Benefits

Are you an experienced Financial Adviser, Sales Manager or Sales Coach ready to take your career to the next level?

Our client, is a growing financial planning organisation looking for an ambitious Business Manager to help drive the development of its advisory team, strengthen client relationships and deliver sustainable growth.

This is a high-impact role where you'll combine leadership, coaching, business development and financial advice.

You'll be responsible for:

Coaching and developing Financial Advisers

Helping advisers grow their client books and revenue

Creating and driving individual business plans

Developing professional connections and new business opportunities

Supporting lead generation and client onboarding

Working with Operations & Compliance to improve processes

Helping ensure excellent client outcomes and strong regulatory standards

Working with the leadership team on strategic business improvements

You'll bring:

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager, Sales Coach or experienced Financial Adviser
• Strong people-management and coaching skills
• Excellent financial services knowledge
• Level 6 CII/CISI qualification, or close to completion
• Strong knowledge of UK financial services regulation
• Understanding of Consumer Duty and compliance
• A track record of developing profitable professional relationships
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• The ability to influence, motivate and build trust
