Alecto Recruitment is currently working with a UK leading and established UK wide building management systems (BMS) specialist.

Due to their continued growth with commercial and industrial clients, they are looking to hire an experienced BMS Engineer for London.

The position will work on a range of BMS Projects

Salary & Benefits:

• £50,000 - £55,000
• Car OR Car Allowance
• Overtime
• 7.5% Pension scheme and rising to 10% with service
• Private healthcare
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays

The Role:

• Working as a mobile engineer and travelling to various sites within the London region
• Providing routine inspections of BMS equipment
• Respond to customer service call outs
• Carry out small repairs and remedial works
• Undertake preventative maintenance and diagnostics on building management systems.

Requirements:

• We are seeking an experienced building management systems (BMS) engineer
• You will be familiar with BMS systems such as: Trend IQ Vision, Schneider, Tridium, Honeywell, Schneider etc
• Good experience of HVAC Plant
• Electrical skills would be an advantage but is not essential
• Good knowledge of communication protocols such as: Modbus, BACnet, KNX etc
• Professional and excellent customer service skills.
