Engineer: Built Environment - #2149771

Location: London - Palestra
Working Arrangement: Hybrid
Rate: £529.00 per day - Inside IR35
Contract: 6 months initially, with potential extension

We are recruiting for a qualified Senior Architect to join a major transport and built-environment organisation in London.

The role will cover 2-3 delivery areas, including mixed-use developments, commercial property, public realm and transport-related projects. This is a hands-on position requiring strong design, technical and stakeholder management skills.

• Qualified Architect with a strong design background.
• Senior-level experience across all RIBA stages.
• Strong technical, regulatory and detailing knowledge.
• Experience in client-side architecture or design assurance.
• Able to work independently and develop design solutions, scopes and NEC Works Information.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with design management/coordination or public realm projects is desirable.
• Broad, generalist architectural experience.
• Previous TfL experience is beneficial but not essential.

AutoCAD preferred, with MicroStation or Revit advantageous.
