An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, proactive and discreet EA to join a leading private equity firm based in the West End, supporting at the senior level in a fast-paced, collaborative and highly professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Complex diary management and international travel arrangements.
• Coordinating meetings, events and expenses.
• Acting as a trusted point of contact for senior internal and external stakeholders.
• Supporting Partners with discretion across business and occasional private support.
• Working collaboratively with the international EA pool, plus wider teams.
• Get involved in wider company admin and initiatives as needed.

About You

• Proven EA experience, ideally within private equity, investment or financial services.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Highly discreet, proactive and confident dealing with senior stakeholders.
• Strong Microsoft Outlook and Office skills.

This role is paying up to £75k DOE plus discretionary bonus, benefits and is office based 5 days a week.
