Marketing and Customer AnalystLondon or Leeds (Hybrid, 2 days per week) | Up to £40,000 - £45,000This is an exciting opportunity for a Marketing and Customer Analyst to join a growing analytics function where data plays a central role in driving business performance. They offer a collaborative environment with excellent opportunities for learning and development.The RoleYou will:* Analyse marketing and customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and business insights
* Evaluate campaign performance and provide recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness
* Build and maintain dashboards and visualisations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
* Conduct customer behaviour analysis including retention, loyalty, and purchasing patterns
* Present insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Support a variety of analytical projects across marketing, customer, and commercial teams
* Translate complex datasets into clear business narratives that drive decision-making
* Work with stakeholders to understand business challenges and deliver data-led solutionsYour Skills & ExperienceYou will have:* Strong commercial experience in marketing analytics or customer analytics
* Advanced Excel skills including data manipulation, analysis, and reporting
* Experience using Python for data analysis and insight generation
* Strong dashboard development and data visualisation experience
* Knowledge of marketing metrics such as ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, and customer acquisition metrics
* Experience analysing customer behaviour and performance trends
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* The ability to translate complex analysis into practical business recommendations
