Hours: 7:30am–3:00pm or 8:30am–4:00pm

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Personal Assistant to support an Executive Head Teacher at oyur client, a school in East London.

This is a temporary role starting as soon as possible and running until 18th December, offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced education-sector PA to join a busy and professional school environment.

The successful candidate MUST have:

• Previous experience working as a PA within the education sector
• Experience with diary management
• Confidence handling heavy and varied administration
• The ability to work with discretion and maintain confidentiality
• The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy school environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing high-level PA support to the Executive Head Teacher
• Managing and coordinating a busy diary
• Handling a wide range of administrative duties
• Preparing correspondence, documents and meeting materials
• Coordinating meetings and appointments
