Client Side Property Project Manager - Hospitality

We're working with a fast-growing hospitality brand looking to appoint a Project Manager to join their Property team.

This is a genuinely hands-on role offering the opportunity to take ownership of projects from initial build through to handover, managing multiple new openings and refurbishment schemes across a growing UK estate.

With around five new locations opening each year, alongside ongoing investment in existing sites, this position would suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being close to the detail of project delivery.

The Role:

Reporting into the Property Director, you'll lead the successful delivery of new openings and refurbishment projects, ensuring schemes are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard. Predominantly field-based across the UK, with 1-2 days per week in the company's Central London head office.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing projects from pre-construction through to handover and post-opening support
• Acting as the client representative on site throughout the build process
• Managing contractors, consultants and suppliers
• Developing and monitoring CAPEX budgets
• Running tender processes and appointing project teams
• Securing planning, licensing and landlord approvals where required
• Working closely with operations, maintenance and opening teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety, Building Regulations and Building Safety requirements
• Managing refurbishment programmes across an operational estate

About You:

We're keen to speak with candidates who have:

• Experience delivering restaurant, retail, leisure or multi-site fit-out projects
• A strong track record of managing new site openings and refurbishments
• Commercial awareness and excellent budget management skills
• Contractor and consultant management experience
• Knowledge of relevant construction, building safety and health & safety legislation
• The ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
