Trade Mark Records Coordinator (London/Hybrid) - #2151740

We are working with a leading law firm that is looking to appoint a Trade Mark Records Coordinator to join their established Intellectual Property team in London on a full-time, permanent basis with hybrid working.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Trade Mark professional with a strong background in records management, deadlines and administration. You will work closely with Trade Mark Attorneys and wider support teams to ensure client records are accurate, deadlines are managed effectively and portfolio information is maintained to a high standard.

• Managing Trade Mark records and maintaining accurate portfolio information
• Recording and monitoring important deadlines across applications, renewals, oppositions and other matters
• Reviewing correspondence and ensuring relevant actions and dates are captured correctly
• Supporting the team with Trade Mark formalities and general administrative requirements
• Assisting with the management and onboarding of Trade Mark portfolios
• Supporting the wider IP team with additional records and Trade Mark administration as required
