Salary: £44,000 - £67,000

Launch Education are working in partnership with a highly regarded specialist school in South East London to recruit an enthusiastic and dedicated SEN Teacher on a permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced SEN teacher, or a teacher looking to develop their career within specialist education, to join a supportive and experienced team working with pupils with severe and complex learning needs.

The successful candidate will join a dedicated specialist team committed to providing engaging, individualised learning experiences that enable every pupil to make meaningful progress.

We are looking for a teacher who is passionate about working with children with additional needs and understands the importance of adapting teaching, communication and learning experiences to meet individual needs.

The school takes a holistic approach to education, working closely with families and a range of specialist professionals to support pupils' development and wellbeing.

The Successful Candidate

We would be keen to speak with teachers who are passionate about specialist education and committed to helping children achieve their individual potential.

You will ideally have experience of working within an SEN or specialist setting, although applications from teachers with strong mainstream experience and a genuine interest in developing within SEN will also be considered.

You will be someone who is patient, creative and adaptable, with high expectations for every pupil and a commitment to developing engaging and meaningful learning experiences.
