About the Client

Our Client is a specialist raised access flooring contractor delivering projects across London and the South East. The business combines technical expertise, practical site knowledge and a strong focus on quality, programme delivery and client service.

Roles/Responsibilities

• Review contracts, drawings, specifications, programmes and material schedules.
• Visit sites, meet project teams and assess areas ahead of installation.
• Carry out or arrange site measurements and level surveys.
• Plan labour requirements and manage installation teams.
• Coordinate material requirements and delivery dates with the factory.
• Monitor project progress and resolve site issues promptly.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, site teams and internal departments.
• Identify, document and raise variations promptly, working closely with the commercial team.
• Monitor programme changes and support effective project delivery.
• Maintain high standards of quality, health and safety and client service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing raised access flooring contracts.
• Strong knowledge of raised access flooring systems, installation methods and site operations.
• Ability to read drawings, assess site conditions and plan works effectively.
• Experience resourcing and managing installation labour.
• Commercial awareness, particularly around variations, costs and programme changes.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Relevant site accreditation, such as a CSCS card.
• Ability and willingness to travel across London and the South East.
• Practical industry experience and technical knowledge are valued more highly than formal qualifications.
