Are you an experienced Mortgage Adviser looking for quality opportunities, strong introducer relationships and the support to perform at your best?

Aspired Careers is working with an established property-focused financial services business to recruit an experienced Mortgage & Protection Adviser to cover a network of offices across Southeast London. You’ll have access to genuine mortgage opportunities, established introducer relationships and experienced support, while taking ownership of your network and building strong relationships with local teams. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven, personable adviser who can convert opportunities, deliver a great client experience and build the relationships that generate repeat and referral business.

The Role

• Provide mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients
• Manage and convert genuine sale and purchase opportunities
• Build strong relationships with introducers across your allocated office network
• Maintain a visible presence with local teams to maximise introductions and referrals
• Manage clients from initial advice through to application, offer and completion
• Identify suitable mortgage and protection solutions based on individual client needs
• Proactively manage your pipeline and maintain regular communication with clients and introducers
• Develop repeat and referral business through strong relationships and excellent service

About You

• CeMAP qualified, or equivalent
• At least two years’ experience as a Mortgage Broker
• Proven track record of converting mortgage and protection opportunities
• Confident building and developing productive introducer relationships
• Professional and personable, with strong client-facing skills
• Well organised and capable of managing a busy pipeline effectively
• Previous experience within an estate agency or introducer-led mortgage environments would be highly advantageous.

What’s On Offer?

• £30,000 basic salary (Possibly negotiable for the right person).
• Uncapped commission. OTE £60k+
• Potential guaranteed bonus for the first three months, dependent on previous performance
