Customer Selections & Analytics Consultant
This is an opportunity to join an established analytics function where you will support customer marketing and communications through data-driven targeting and campaign analysis. The role combines SQL development, customer selections, stakeholder engagement, and insight generation.

They are a customer-focused organisation investing in data and analytics to improve decision-making and customer engagement. You will join a team responsible for delivering customer selections, campaign evaluation, and reporting that supports business objectives across multiple functions.
The Role
- Build and deliver customer selections using SQL.
- Support marketing, research, and customer communication campaigns.
- Analyse campaign performance and provide recommendations.
- Develop and maintain dashboards in Power BI or a similar visualisation tool.
- Work across multiple datasets to source, analyse, and deliver customer data.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver data solutions.
- Present insights and findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and compliance across all outputs.
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong SQL experience.
- Experience creating customer selections and audience targeting.
- Experience with Power BI or similar reporting and visualisation tools.
- Ability to analyse data and provide actionable insight.
- Experience working with stakeholders across different business areas.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Experience working with customer, marketing, or campaign data.
- Exposure to a regulated or compliance-led environment is beneficial.
