NEW – Commercial Property Senior Associate
If you would like to join one a fast growing national firm that retains its welcoming and friendly culture, then read on.
The role would be to act primarily on behalf of developers, commercial landlords and tenants across the full commercial property lifecycle, from acquisitions and disposals to more complex matters.
Matters include:
- Acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold property
- Site acquisition and disposal
- National commercial leases and renewals
- Asset management and investment
- Securitisation
- FBTs and diversification
About You:
- 8+ years' PQE (guideline)
- London or reputable regional firm experience essential
- Client facing and credible
- Team player
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
