Our client is a leading global SaaS organisation known for its exceptional work environment and high-performance culture. They are seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist to manage and elevate BPO enablement programs across multiple international regions.

This role owns the end-to-end enablement framework for all vendor partners — ensuring consistency, quality, and measurable impact across onboarding, sales training, certification, and floor execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Management Drive the day-to-day rollout of the global BPO strategy across partners in the UK, Australia, Canada and ROW. Keep programs aligned to milestones, goals and regional sales priorities.
  • Enablement Playbook Ownership Ensure BPO enablement teams understand and apply the organisation’s standards for designing, building and delivering onboarding, sales training and quality assessment.
  • Audit Cadence & Calibration Establish and run a consistent audit rhythm with Team Leaders and Quality Assessors across all partner sites, ensuring scoring and coaching standards remain aligned globally.
  • Impact Validation Track and report on key enablement metrics — time-to-proficiency, certification rates, quality scores and other KPIs — demonstrating how enablement investment drives sales outcomes.
  • Operating Rhythm Leadership Own the strategic operating rhythm for BPO enablement leadership, including Quarterly Business Reviews and regional reviews. Present recommendations grounded in data, insight and floor-level performance.
  • Train-the-Trainer Delivery Equip vendor partners to deliver onboarding, sales methodology and product training to a consistent, high standard.
  • Stakeholder Relationship Ownership Act as the enablement voice for sales leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, bringing data-driven recommendations and real-time insight from vendor operations.
Experience & Skills
  • 5+ years in Sales Enablement, Partner Operations or L&D Strategy, ideally across multi-region vendor environments
  • Strong AI literacy and confidence enabling others to adopt AI tools
  • Proven program management capability across multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Experience managing BPO/third-party vendor programs across more than one region (EMEA, APAC, Canada or LATAM)
  • Background in SaaS sales is advantageous
  • Instructional design and facilitation expertise, with the ability to coach the coaches, is a plus
Benefits
  • Hybrid working
  • Award-winning work environment
  • Potential for contract extension
