Are you an experienced Travel Account Manager who speaks fluent Dutch and English and enjoys building long-term client relationships?

We’re looking for a Dutch-speaking Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of corporate travel clients. This is a commercially focused role where you'll act as a trusted partner to your clients, helping them optimise their travel programmes, improve service and technology, identify savings and unlock new opportunities.
 

Native or professional-level Dutch and English is essential.

You'll be responsible for:

• Building strong, multi-level relationships with corporate travel clients through regular contact and face-to-face meetings.
• Developing and delivering bespoke account development plans aligned to client objectives.
• Understanding each account's strategic importance and identifying opportunities for growth.
• Leading regular client reviews, using data and insight to demonstrate value and recommend improvements.
• Identifying opportunities for cost savings, service enhancements and increased efficiency within client travel programmes.
• Managing the commercial aspects of accounts, including contract value, income streams, billing and renewals.
• Promoting additional products, services and technology to enhance the client proposition and grow account revenue.
• Supporting clients with technology adoption and training.
• Keeping accurate client records and interactions within the CRM.
• Working closely with Sales, Implementation and wider internal teams to deliver solutions and resolve client issues.
• Representing the business professionally across the UK and Netherlands.

You'll ideally have:

• Native or professional-level Dutch and English.
• Proven account management or high-level customer service experience within the travel industry, ideally corporate travel/TMC.
• Experience managing and developing complex, multi-level client relationships.
• Strong account planning and relationship management skills.
• Experience using CRM systems and interpreting MI, business intelligence and performance data.
• A commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for account growth and additional revenue.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the confidence to work independently.
• Strong organisation and time-management skills, with the ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities.
• A proactive, client-focused approach and a genuine commitment to getting things done.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel regularly across the UK and to the Netherlands.
