Our Client is a leading professional services organisation specialising in Deal Advisory, M&A and transaction execution. The business supports organisations throughout the deal lifecycle, helping clients navigate acquisitions, divestment's, integration, separations and strategic transformations. Due to continued growth within its London practice, our Client is seeking an experienced Management Consultant- M&A to lead complex engagements and support the delivery of successful transaction outcomes.

Description

• Lead M&A Integration & Separation engagements across acquisitions, carve-outs, divestment's and joint ventures.
• Manage transaction programmes from pre-deal planning through to implementation and value delivery.
• Act as the primary client contact, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Develop integration strategies, separation plans, Day 1 readiness activities and transition frameworks.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and work-streams to deliver successful outcomes at deal pace.
• Identify risks, dependencies and opportunities to maximise transaction value.
• Support business development activities, proposals and client growth initiatives.
• Oversee high-quality deliverable while managing commercial performance and programme governance.

Profile

A successful Management Consultant- M&A should have:

• Significant experience within Deal Advisory, consulting, corporate strategy or transaction environments.
• Strong background in M&A Integration & Separation, carve-outs, post-merger integration or business transformation.
• Proven track record leading large and complex programmes involving multiple stakeholders.
• Experience working with senior executives and C-suite decision-makers.
• Demonstrable M&A Integration & Separation experience within Consumer and/or Industrial sectors, with a strong understanding of sector-specific operational, commercial and transformation challenges.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance client outcomes and programme objectives.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Degree educated, with relevant professional qualifications advantageous.

Job Offer

• Salary between £95,000 and £105,000
• Car allowance, pension scheme, and performance-based bonus.
