A fantastic opportunity is available for a Bridging Finance Administrator / Paraplanner to join a highly experienced specialist property finance team based in The City.

We're looking for an experienced Bridging Paraplanner to work alongside a top performing broker, taking full responsibility for their bridging pipeline in a busy, high-volume setting.

You'll own each case from the first enquiry to the day it completes. Clients, lenders and third parties will all come to you as their main contact, so you'll need to be confident keeping several cases moving at once. Cases can span regulated, buy-to-let and commercial bridging, and many involve more complex borrowers such as foreign nationals, applicants with overseas income, and HNW individuals.

Responsibilities:

• Speaking with clients and completing fact-finds to understand what they need and what they're trying to achieve
• Researching the market, sourcing suitable options and preparing quotes for clients
• Submitting Decisions in Principle and full applications.
• Reviewing and screening cases before they go to lenders
• Putting together compliant files that meet internal standards and regulatory requirements
• Keeping cases on track by working closely with lenders, solicitors, valuers and other parties
• Chasing outstanding items and keeping everyone updated on progress
• Keeping our CRM accurate and up to date at every stage
• Giving clients a smooth, well-managed experience, even when volumes are high

Experience required:

• A solid background as a mortgage paraplanner / broker support
• A track record of handling bridging cases end to end with little supervision
• Sound knowledge of both regulated and unregulated bridging
• Experience with complex cases, including overseas income, foreign nationals, HNW clients, and borrowers with complicated assets or company structures
• A good grasp of mortgage compliance and file management
• Experience submitting DIPs and full applications with a variety of lenders
• A careful, accurate approach, and the ability to keep up in a fast-moving environment
