Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Content Manager / Content Specialist to support content creation and day-to-day content operations. The role will involve using AI tools to draft and refine content, managing content updates, tracking performance metrics and supporting troubleshooting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, draft and edit content using AI-assisted content tools.

Review and refine AI-generated content to ensure quality, accuracy and consistency.

Manage content updates and day-to-day content activities.

Track and update content metrics and performance reports.

Identify and troubleshoot content-related issues.

Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver content requirements.

Manage stakeholder feedback and negotiate content requirements where needed.

Identify opportunities to improve content processes through AI and automation.

Key Requirements:

5+ years of experience in content management, content creation, editorial or a related field.

Experience using AI tools for content creation and editing.

Good understanding of content metrics and performance reporting.

Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Self-starter with a proactive approach and strong ownership.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Positive and adaptable attitude.

Ability to work with and negotiate with multiple stakeholders.

Editorial experience is preferred.
