Title: Senior FP&A Manager

Location: Mayfair, London – Hybrid

Salary: £90,000 – £110,000

Our client is a multinational energy group based in Mayfair, London, seeking to appoint an experienced Senior FP&A Manager to play a key role within the group finance function.

The role will take responsibility for financial planning, forecasting, management reporting and commercial analysis across the group, working closely with senior finance leadership and operational stakeholders across multiple international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the group budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes.
• Prepare and deliver high-quality monthly management reporting, analysis and commentary for senior leadership.
• Provide detailed analysis of financial performance, identifying key trends, risks and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, scenario planning and strategic decision-making.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across finance, commercial and operational teams to provide insight into business performance.
• Analyse revenue, costs, margins, cash flow and other key financial and operational KPIs.
• Support the preparation of board and executive-level reporting and presentations.
• Provide commercial analysis to support investment decisions, business cases and strategic initiatives.
• Drive improvements in forecasting accuracy, reporting processes, financial models and management information.
• Support financial planning across multiple entities, business units and international operations.
• Work closely with accounting and finance teams to ensure accurate and consistent financial information.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting automation, data quality and financial systems.
• Support ad hoc analysis and projects for the CFO and wider senior leadership team.

Candidate Requirements

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualified accountant.
• Strong FP&A experience within a large, complex or multinational organisation.
• Previous experience operating at Senior FP&A Manager, FP&A Manager or equivalent level.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and management reporting experience.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial and operational data.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and providing commercially focused financial insight.
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Experience working with ERP, planning or reporting systems.
• Exposure to the energy, infrastructure, commodities or wider natural resources sectors would be advantageous.
• Experience working across multiple entities, regions or international operations would be beneficial.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage with senior leadership.
• Proactive, commercially minded and comfortable working within a fast-paced international environment.
