Part time HR Operations Specialist - 3 month FTC - #2156383

A well-established international business are looking for a People Operations Specialist to join their team on an initial 3-month, part-time contract to support during a busy period.

This is a varied role sitting across day-to-day People Operations and wider HR project work, offering the opportunity to get involved in some key initiatives across the business.

The role would suit someone who enjoys a hands-on operational remit - you'll be confident supporting employees with queries and keeping the employee lifecycle running smoothly. But be equally comfortable supporting projects, keeping multiple stakeholders on track and liaising with wider COE functions.

You'll ideally have 3+ years' HR experience, with a background in People Operations and some exposure to project coordination. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and confidence managing deadlines across different teams are essential. Experience working internationally or within a matrixed organisation would be preferred.

The contract is initially for 3 months, working 3 days per week, with a salary of £45,000-£55,000 FTE, pro rata.
