Your new company
You will be joining a well-established global organisation based in the City, London. The team consists of four Executives in the UK and three across Europe, who spend much of their time-out on client sites carrying out surveys. This is a maternity cover position and a key role within the team, acting as the central point of contact and ensuring everything runs smoothly while the Executives are off-site.
Your new role
You will act as the focal point for the team and wider office, ensuring the Executives remain organised and connected while they are attending site visits. Responsibilities will include report generation and formatting, preparing documentation and reports for underwriters, coordinating administration following site visits, managing queries and providing general PA and Team Assistant support.As the team are regularly off-site, you will often be working independently and will be trusted to manage your own workload, prioritise tasks and use your initiative.This is a hybrid position, working three days in the office and two days from home, with flexibility around which days you attend the office.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will come from a strong PA, Team Assistant, Coordinator or senior administrative background.You will be highly organised, proactive and comfortable working independently without close supervision. You will need to be a confident self-starter who can take ownership of your workload and use your initiative to ensure tasks are completed.Strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to build relationships with multiple stakeholders will be essential. You will also need to be confident producing and formatting professional reports and documentation.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of £44,500 (depends on experience), alongside a hybrid working arrangement of three days in the office and two days from home.This is an excellent opportunity to join a specialist team in a varied and autonomous support position, where you will have the opportunity to take real ownership of your role.
