A highly successful boutique PE firm are seeking a Team Assistant for a blended role that includes Team PA support to investment professionals as well as supporting office services and guest management. A varied role with multiple strands within a small, high level PE firm.

The role

Team Assistant to support with a range of duties including Exec support, front of house, visitor management, hosting guests, room set up, office supplies, maintenance.

• Support the wider team with a range of duties (produce documents, provide research, source venues, compile expenses, client gifting etc)
• Diary management, liaise with external parties to arrange meetings and calls for executives
• Arrange meeting logistics including meeting rooms, restaurants, travel, taxis, catering and documentation
• Support with a range of office coordination tasks to ensure a well run, immaculate environment for colleagues and visitors
• Greet and host visitors including set up and resetting meeting rooms
• Place orders for supplies and equipment, liaise with suppliers and receive deliveries
• Arrange maintenance, liaise with office security and support office health and safety
• Support with organising team social events

You

• Some experience within a fast paced financial services environment would be a strong advantage
• Experience in a similar role with some exposure to diary management and Exec support
• Positive, motivated and hard working – you love making peoples lives easier!
• Confident and engaging with excellent stakeholder liaison skills
• Tech savvy with strong systems skills and a love of learning new things
• You take pride in your work and enjoy ensuring that colleagues and guests have a great experience with every interaction
