Look after the accounts that matter most...

Our client is a leading, globally recognised fashion brand with product that people want and a strong reputation with the retailers who sell it. They're now looking for a Key Account Manager to take charge of their largest order book and biggest accounts.

This is a core commercial role at the heart of the business. If you thrive on building strong, long-term customer relationships and delivering consistent results, this is a chance to manage some of the most important accounts at a world-famous name.

The Opportunity:

You'll be the main commercial contact for a portfolio of the brand's key customers, responsible for the sales, service and growth of those accounts. You'll manage the order book from season-opening through to delivery, making sure every customer gets the right product, at the right time, with the right support.

Working closely with sales, planning, supply chain and customer service, you'll make sure your accounts are looked after and your targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of the brand's largest accounts, delivering sales and margin targets

  • Own the order book, including order intake, range presentation, forecasting and in-season management

  • Build strong, trusted relationships with buyers and senior stakeholders at your customers

  • Run seasonal range reviews and buying appointments, presenting the collection with confidence

  • Negotiate terms, pricing, promotional activity and commercial agreements

  • Monitor account performance with sales and stock data, and act on opportunities and risks

  • Work with planning and supply chain to make sure orders are delivered on time and in full

  • Handle queries, issues and escalations quickly and professionally

  • Spot opportunities to expand distribution, grow the range and increase share within each account

  • Keep accurate forecasts, reporting and account plans

About You:

  • Proven key account management experience, ideally within fashion, apparel or consumer brands

  • Experience managing large, high-value accounts and order books

  • Strong commercial awareness and confidence negotiating with buyers

  • Organised and detail-focused, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Comfortable working with sales data, forecasts and reporting

  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills

  • Reliable, proactive and a strong team player

What's in it For You?

  • A key role at a globally recognised fashion brand, based in London

  • A competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 + strong benefits package

  • Very flexible working

  • Responsibility for the business's most important accounts

  • A supportive, experienced commercial team

  • Strong scope to develop your career
