These roles will help maintain critical day-to-day activities while Subject Matter Experts focus on programme delivery, testing, training and implementation activities.

As an SME Enablement Partner, you will support the Space Planning function by delivering analysis, reporting, coordination and planning activities that ensure business-as-usual operations continue uninterrupted. You'll work closely with Space Planning leaders and stakeholders across retail, merchandising, operations and planning functions, helping to maintain the accuracy and effectiveness of store space strategies.

SME Enablement Partner - Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day Space Planning activities across store layouts, space allocation and optimisation initiatives.
  • Produce, maintain and analyse business reports, performance data and planning metrics.
  • Coordinate actions, dependencies and communications across multiple stakeholders and business teams.

  • Support seasonal, tactical and store-specific planning activities, ensuring delivery against key business priorities.
  • Assist with business process documentation, knowledge capture and continuous improvement initiatives.

SME Enablement Partner - Requirements:

  • Previous experience within a retail Space Planning, Store Planning or Space Analysis environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance, sales and operational data.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and confidence producing reports, insights and presentations.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders across retail, commercial or operational functions.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills with experience creating documentation, presentations and business updates.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience with retail space planning platforms such as RELEX, Blue Yonder or similar tools.
  • Exposure to retail transformation, programme or change initiatives.
  • Understanding of store operations, merchandising or retail planning processes.
  • Experience supporting operational teams through periods of business change.
