KYC & Periodic Review Analyst (ACAMS / ICA) - #2165832

Currently we are recruiting on behalf of an established London-based investment banking and financial services organisation seeking an experienced KYC & Client Lifecycle Analyst to join its Operations team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, covering maternity leave. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced KYC and Client Onboarding professional to join a busy, collaborative team, taking responsibility for onboarding, periodic reviews and ongoing client lifecycle management. The team currently has over 100 client cases to process, so they are particularly interested in someone who can hit the ground running, manage their own workload confidently and make an immediate contribution.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing end-to-end client onboarding and periodic KYC reviews.
• Conducting CDD, EDD, PEP, sanctions and adverse media screening across a range of client structures.
• Reviewing complex entities, including hedge funds, asset managers, trusts, SPVs and corporate clients as well as retail clientelle.
• Applying AML, CTF, JMLSG, MiFID II and FATCA/CRS requirements.
• Liaising with Trading, Investment Banking, Compliance, Legal and other internal stakeholders.
• Supporting account opening, client lifecycle administration and ongoing process improvements.

Of particular importance, the client is looking for someone with:

• Practical, hands-on World Check experience.
• CAMS / ACAMS certification OR ICA at the very least.
• Strong KYC, onboarding and periodic review experience, ideally within investment banking or financial services.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the confidence to work independently.
• A proactive, collaborative approach, with the ability to manage a substantial volume of cases.
