Finance Transformation Change Lead

Rate: £600 per day, Inside IR35

Location: Remote, with travel required across the UK and potentially Europe
Working arrangement: Remote with travel
Contract length: Until September 2027

Your new company

You will be joining a major Finance Transformation programme within a large-scale consumer goods environment. The programme is focused on the deployment of a new Global Finance Services operating model, involving collaboration across market teams, a regional captive hub and offshore delivery teams.

Your new role

As Finance Transformation Change Lead, you will play a key role in supporting the implementation of the new Global Finance Services operating model.

This is a senior change and transformation role requiring strong experience of operating model implementation, stakeholder coordination and transitioning teams and processes into new ways of working.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support change management activity associated with implementing the new Global Finance Services operating model.
• Support the transition of business teams, processes and responsibilities into the new operating model.
• Coordinate activity across market teams, the regional captive hub and offshore delivery teams.
• Engage key stakeholders to support adoption and alignment throughout the transformation.
• Manage change and transition activity across multiple work streams and stakeholder groups.
• Identify and manage dependencies, risks and issues associated with the transition.
• Support programme delivery and ensure transformation activity remains aligned with programme objectives.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across business, transformation and delivery teams.

You will need demonstrable experience in:

• Change management
• Finance transformation
• Target Operating Model / operating model deployment
• Business transition and transition support
• Stakeholder management and coordination
• Programme delivery
• Complex, multi-team transformation environments
• Coordination across onshore, offshore and business teams
• Driving adoption of new processes, structures and ways of working
• Communication with senior business and programme stakeholders

Desirable skills and experience

Experience within Finance Shared Services, Global Business Services / Global Finance Services, finance operating model transformation or large enterprise transition programmes would be particularly relevant.

You will receive £600 per day Inside IR35 on a contract running until September 2027. The role is remote, with travel required within the UK and potentially Europe.
