Marketing & BD Manager - #2167436

An established and highly regarded barristers’ Chambers is seeking an experienced Marketing & Business Development Manager to strengthen its market profile, enhance client engagement and support continued business growth.

This is a varied, hands-on role working closely with senior stakeholders and wider teams to deliver impactful marketing and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and improve website content, SEO and digital marketing activity.

• Create engaging content, newsletters, podcasts and client communications.

• Manage LinkedIn and social media strategy, monitoring performance and engagement.

• Coordinate client events, conferences, webinars and networking opportunities.

• Maintain CRM systems, contact databases and mailing lists.

• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Support legal directory submissions, awards and external agency relationships.

• Support and develop a Marketing and Business Development Executive.

About You

You will have proven experience in a broad marketing role, ideally within legal or professional services, with skills across digital marketing, content creation, social media, events and CRM.

You will also have:

• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.

• Strong organisational and project management skills.

• Experience with LinkedIn, website content management systems and tools such as Canva, HubSpot or Mailchimp.

• Confidence working with senior stakeholders and handling confidential information.

Knowledge of the legal sector, SEO, analytics, GDPR and legal directory submissions would be advantageous.
