About the Role

We're supporting a major government transformation programme focused on driving large-scale digital change across a complex operational environment.

This role will sit at the heart of a significant transformation initiative, helping shape future operating models, drive change adoption and ensure successful delivery of organisational change. You'll work closely with programme leadership, business stakeholders and delivery teams to support the transition from current-state operations to a digitally enabled future model.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting the design and implementation of future operating models.
• Driving business readiness and change adoption activities.
• Developing stakeholder engagement and communication strategies.
• Facilitating workshops and gathering business requirements.
• Supporting organisational design and capability development initiatives.
• Working across people, process and technology transformation workstreams.
• Identifying and managing change impacts, risks and dependencies.
• Supporting programme governance and reporting activities.

What We're Looking For

• Active SC Clearance.
• Experience delivering change or operating model transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience within Central Government or wider Public Sector environments.
• Knowledge of organisational design, business readiness and change management principles.
• Experience working across complex transformation programmes.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously.
