Rate: Up to £260 per day

Are you passionate about building strong partner relationships, solving complex problems and delivering exceptional customer experiences?

We're looking for a Market Coordinator to join a global travel platform's Key Accounts team. This role will see you acting as the day-to-day operational contact for a portfolio of strategic partners, supporting Key Account Managers by managing enquiries, escalations and operational activities while helping to drive partner success and engagement.

What you'll be doing:

• Acting as the primary operational contact for strategic partners
• Responding to partner enquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Managing escalations from investigation through to resolution
• Working cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve complex issues
• Monitoring operational performance, risks and trends across accounts
• Preparing reports, insights and data for business reviews
• Supporting partners with product updates, process changes and new features
• Identifying recurring issues and recommending process improvements
• Building strong relationships with partners while delivering outstanding support

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years' experience within Account Management, Customer Success, Partner Support or Customer Support
• Experience managing a portfolio of customer or partner accounts
• Strong escalation management and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Strong stakeholder management experience
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
• Experience using Google Workspace
• Jira experience would be beneficial

Nice to have:

• Travel, hospitality or marketplace experience
• Additional European languages.
