Are you an experienced Mortgage Paraplanner looking to broaden your expertise, work with high-calibre clients and play a key role in the growth of an ambitious specialist mortgage brokerage?

Aspired Careers is partnering with a growing boutique mortgage and property finance business to recruit a Mortgage Paraplanner. Working directly alongside the Founder and an experienced Mortgage Broker, you'll support high-net-worth (HNW), international and complex mortgage clients. This is an excellent opportunity to join a knowledgeable, personable team, gain valuable specialist lending exposure and develop your career as the business expands.

The Role

• Support Mortgage Brokers with mortgage research, lender criteria checks and applications.
• Manage residential, HNW and specialist mortgage cases through to completion.
• Liaise with clients, lenders, underwriters and solicitors.
• Prepare mortgage illustrations, fact-finds and supporting documentation.
• Prepare and submit mortgage applications via lender portals, ensuring accuracy, completeness and timely progression through to offer.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure compliance requirements are met.
• Deliver a professional, responsive service throughout the client journey.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Mortgage Paraplanner or Mortgage Administrator.
• Strong understanding of mortgage applications, lender criteria and processes.
• Exposure to HNW clients, international mortgages or specialist lending would be advantageous.
• Excellent organisation, attention to detail and communication skills.
• A proactive, personable and collaborative approach.
• Ambition to develop professionally within a growing business.
• CeMAP advantageous but not essential.
