Consultant - Research and Strategy Consulting
London (Hybrid) | Up to £70,000 + bonus

We're partnering with a growing specialist strategy consultancy to appoint a Consultant to help global technology businesses make better strategic decisions and drive growth.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of key project workstreams, get hands-on with research and analysis, and turn complex customer and market insights into clear, commercially focused recommendations.

The role

• Own workstreams across strategy engagements, managing tasks, timelines and delivery.

• Design research materials, conduct qualitative interviews and analyse quantitative evidence.

• Translate findings into compelling insights and actionable recommendations.

• Create high-quality presentations and visualise complex information into clear business stories.

• Present findings to clients, support junior colleagues and contribute to proposals.

• Help build and test AI-enabled tools and workflows that improve strategic advice.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years' experience in management consulting, research consultancy, strategic insights or strategic design.

• Experience working on B2B and/or B2C technology projects.

• Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written communication, presentation and data visualisation skills.

• Commercial awareness, attention to detail and the ability to take ownership of deliverables.

• Curiosity about technology and AI, with experience building or improving AI-enabled tools, dashboards or workflows an advantage.

The package

• Up to £70,000 base salary, depending on experience.

• Performance-related bonus, typically 20-30%, with higher potential for exceptional performance.
