* Build strong rapport with suppliers through considerate communication and collaborative problem-solving, fostering dependable relationships that support ongoing business needs.

* Work closely with venue managers across all sites to address queries quickly and co-operatively, ensuring smooth inter-personal interactions between internal stakeholders.

* Oversee new account setups including credit application forms, bank verification processes, and respond to internal requests with sensitivity and professionalism.

* Serve as the sole Accounts Payable specialist within the finance team of four, stepping in to cover colleagues during leave periods and sharing knowledge generously.

* Maintain compliance with relevant regulations by keeping accurate documentation for all transactions and supporting audit requirements as needed.

* Utilise Hubdoc, Xero, and advanced Excel skills daily to manage data entry, reporting, reconciliation tasks, and process improvements.
