We are seeking a Senior Commercial Manager - IT for our Government client based in London. This role will be office based 40% and 60% remote.

The Senior Commercial Manager role will be an initial 6 month contract paying between £490 - £590/Day Inside IR35.

This role is inside IR35 - Due to the service of the role it will now be based on an Umbrella solution.

Clearance: Successful candidate to complete CTC clearance prior to appointment

Role Profile:

• Extensive experience in operational procurement within the ICT category, ideally across both products and services, including Networks Services, Infrastructure and SaaS
• Ideally MCIPS qualified or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated track record of delivering high-value tenders through a range of procurement procedures, including Open Procedure and CCS framework mini-competitions
• Experience with Competitive Flexible procedures would be an advantage
• Strong working knowledge of public sector procurement regulations and frameworks PCR 2015 and the Procurement Act 2023
• PA23 training must be completed (or willingness to undertake the training independently upon appointment).
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent procurements, at varying stages of the lifecycle.
• Self-starter; capable of delivering outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
