Looking for a graduate job in London that offers excellent training, strong earning potential and genuine career progression?

Edmund & Evans are partnering with an established, highly respected Financial Services recruitment consultancy looking to hire an ambitious Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join their London team.

With just 15 people in the business, you'll benefit from a level of training, support and exposure that can be difficult to find in larger recruitment firms. You'll work directly with experienced consultants, receive personal training from one of the owners and gain hands-on experience with established Financial Services clients.

One of the biggest advantages? You can progress from Associate to Consultant after just three successful placements.

For over 15 years, this specialist recruitment consultancy has built an excellent reputation across Financial Services, Accountancy & Finance, Interim Recruitment and Executive Search.

Its clients include investment firms, banks, wealth managers, insurers, FinTech companies and private equity-backed businesses.

The company combines the quality of an established recruitment firm with the personal support of a smaller team. Training is taken seriously, senior management are actively involved and there is a clear focus on promoting people from within.

  • £28,000–£33,000 starting salary
  • £45,000+ realistic first-year OTE
  • Uncapped monthly bonus with no ceiling on earnings
  • Personal training directly from one of the business owners
  • Daily support and coaching from experienced consultants
  • Promotion to Consultant after three successful placements

As you become established, there is further opportunity to increase your earnings, with many Consultants receiving an additional £750–£1,000 per month through the bonus scheme.

The Opportunity

This isn't a role where you're expected to know everything from day one.

Your first six to nine months will be focused on developing the skills, knowledge and confidence needed to become a successful Recruitment Consultant.

You'll receive structured, practical training while supporting experienced recruiters on live assignments across the Financial Services market.

You'll learn how to identify talented professionals, build relationships, manage interviews and understand what businesses look for when hiring.

As your confidence grows, you'll take ownership of more assignments, develop relationships with clients and begin building your own specialist recruitment desk.

The aim is to give you the skills and support to develop into a successful Consultant with your own clients, professional network and long-term earning potential.
