About You
We are looking for someone who brings a strong customer service mindset, takes pride in delivering consistently high standards and enjoys being at the heart of a busy office environment.
You will ideally have:
  • Previous experience in a corporate reception, front-of-house, workplace coordination or comparable customer-facing role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a polished and professional approach.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Experience coordinating meetings, hospitality, suppliers and workplace logistics.
  • A proactive, hands-on attitude, with the confidence to resolve issues and anticipate needs.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Previous exposure to facilities coordination, office administration or internal events support.
The Environment & Benefits
You will join a collaborative, inclusive and internationally connected organisation that values professionalism, initiative and high standards of service.
The role offers competitive compensation, a strong benefits package, professional development and career progression opportunities, alongside a flexible, results-focused working environment. Employees also benefit from wellbeing initiatives, social events and opportunities to contribute to charitable and philanthropic activities.
This is an ideal opportunity for a polished and proactive receptionist or workplace professional looking to develop their career within a high-calibre, international business.
