Customer Success Manager - Martech / Ecom

Salary: £40k - £50k + Bonus

London / Hybrid (2 Days a week)

The Company

Our client is a global marketing technology business who work with the world's biggest brands and retailers. Deliver AI-powered customer engagement and digital marketing solutions. With a strong reputation for innovation and continued growth, they're looking to add a Customer Success Manager to their high-performing team.

The Role

As Customer Success Manager, you'll manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise clients, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and ensuring customers maximise value from the platform. You'll develop client strategies, drive adoption, identify growth opportunities and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Own relationships with mid-market & enterprise customers from onboarding through to retention and growth.
• Build trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders and understand their business objectives.
• Develop and optimise digital marketing strategies to deliver measurable results.
• Identify opportunities to grow accounts and increase platform adoption.
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales and Engineering to deliver the best customer experience.

About You

• 3 + years' experience in Customer Success
• Experience managing enterprise or global client accounts.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially minded with excellent project management abilities.
• Confident working in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment.
