LONDON | £90,000 - £150,000 + 20% BONUS + BENEFITSThis is an opportunity to lead a business-critical analytics and decisioning function within a highly data-driven financial services environment. Sitting at the intersection of Credit Risk, Analytics, and AI, you'll shape strategy, influence senior stakeholders, and remain close enough to the detail to drive meaningful change.THE COMPANYThey are an established financial services business undergoing a significant transformation across analytics, decisioning, and AI adoption. With strong investment in technology and data capabilities, they are focused on using analytics to drive smarter commercial and risk decisions across the organisation.THE ROLE* Lead a centralised Analytics & MI function supporting key business areas* Own the analytics and decisioning strategy, ensuring data drives commercial and risk decisions* Develop a high-performing team of analysts, managers, and decisioning specialists* Drive the transition from reporting-focused outputs to actionable business insight* Oversee the ongoing development of decision engine capabilities and governance* Champion the adoption of AI tools and automation across analytics workflows* Partner with senior stakeholders across risk, finance, marketing, and executive leadership* Remain hands-on with analytics, data, and technical problem solving where requiredYOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE* Strong leadership experience within Credit Risk Analytics* Experience developing and implementing strategies* Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate insight into business action* Strong coding capability in SQL and ideally Python* Experience with modern data environments such as Snowflake, Power BI, or similar technologies* Practical experience using AI tools to improve analytics processes and decision making* A genuine interest in the evolving AI landscape and its commercial applications* Financial services experience preferred, although other highly analytical, data-driven sectors will also be consideredWHAT THEY OFFER* £90,000 - £150,000 base salary depending on experience* 20% annual bonus* Private healthcare* 7% matched pension* 25 days annual leave* Hybrid working with 2-3 days per week in the London office* Significant exposure to executive leadership* Opportunity to shape analytics, AI, and decisioning strategy at an organisational levelHOW TO APPLYPlease register your interest by sending your CV through the Apply link.
