Reeson Education is working with a primary school in Haringey that is looking to appoint a committed Nursery Teacher for a long-term position. The school is keen to trial suitable applicants ASAP, so candidates must be available to interview and start at short notice.

This Nursery Teacher role would suit someone who understands the importance of early childhood development and can deliver meaningful learning experiences through play, creativity and exploration.

As the Nursery Teacher, you will help establish strong foundations for children's future learning by delivering a high-quality EYFS curriculum.

Key responsibilities include:

• Planning and leading age-appropriate learning activities.
• Supporting children's speech, language and communication.
• Encouraging early literacy, numeracy and physical development.
• Observing and assessing children's progress.
• Establishing consistent routines and positive behaviour.
• Adapting activities to meet individual developmental needs.
• Maintaining a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment.

To be considered for this Nursery Teacher vacancy, you must:

• Be EYFS trained and familiar with the Early Years curriculum.
• Have relevant experience supporting or teaching Nursery-aged children.
• Demonstrate a good understanding of child development.
• Be confident engaging young learners through play-based activities.
• Hold a valid Enhanced DBS.
• Be available for a school trial ASAP and ready to start immediately.

The school needs a Nursery Teacher who is enthusiastic, organised and able to contribute positively from day one. Applicants without relevant EYFS training will not be suitable.

This long-term Nursery Teacher position offers the opportunity to contribute to a primary school's Early Years provision while supporting children's social, emotional and academic development.
