Infrastructure and Project Finance - Associate - #2170713

Eton Clarke is assisting its client in their search for an Infrastructure Finance professional working across junior and mezzanine debt, and structured asset finance transactions.

Our client is looking for an Associate level candidate with strong experience in infrastructure and project finance to structure and execute complex financing transactions across the UK.

The successful candidate will report into the Head of the desk and a range of internal product and support functions.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

1. Working across the transaction process, including client pitching, financial modelling, pricing, credit and execution, with strong financial modelling skills and advanced Excel.
2. Working closely with relationship managers, syndication and other product groups on complex transactions, with the ability to deliver to pressurised timelines.
3. Managing relationships with clients and internal and external transaction stakeholders, including attending client meetings and supporting facilities with multiple drawdowns, using strong negotiation, relationship and interpersonal skills.
4. Structuring and execution experience in UK project finance or infrastructure at a bank or similar, with an understanding of junior and mezzanine debt.
