London | Hybrid Working (2 days onsite) | £65,000 - £70,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus

Are you an experienced People Business Partner looking for an opportunity to influence business strategy while remaining close to operations?

We are seeking a commercially minded People Partner to support a large workforce across multiple sites. Working closely with senior leaders, you will play a key role in shaping people strategy, developing leadership capability and creating an engaging, high-performing culture.

This is a broad and highly visible HR leadership role where you will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, supporting organisational growth, workforce planning, talent development and employee engagement initiatives.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Partner with senior leaders on strategic people initiatives
• Lead talent reviews and succession planning activity
• Coach and develop leaders to improve people management capability
• Support workforce planning and organisational growth
• Provide expert guidance on employee relations and employment law matters
• Manage organisational change and transformation projects
• Analyse people data and workforce metrics to drive business decisions
• Deliver engagement, culture and inclusion initiatives
• Support recruitment, onboarding and talent retention activities

The successful candidate will have:

• Strong HR Business Partner experience ideally within a multi-site environment
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Up-to-date UK employment law knowledge
• Experience managing complex employee relations cases
• Talent management and succession planning expertise
• Strong commercial awareness and analytical capability
• Experience supporting organisational change and business growth
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach
