Calling all highly organised and experienced PAs who are the best in their field! Our global US law firm client is seeking an exceptional PA to support Directors in a fast-paced and rewarding role.

PA to Directors – What You’ll Be Doing:

• Act as gatekeeper for a group of Directors, managing queries and providing accurate information
• Manage complex diaries, meetings and domestic and international travel
• Coordinate agendas, meeting rooms, training sessions, team events and lunches, circulating materials in advance
• Draft, amend and format correspondence and documents, including Excel and PowerPoint materials
• Attend team meetings, track actions and follow up as required
• Assist with budget preparation and administration, expense claims and invoice processing
• Support project management to ensure progress and efficiency

PA to Directors – What We’re Looking For:

• Previous PA experience supporting Senior Management within a law firm
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times
• Extensive knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and other MS Office applications
• Ability to self-manage and prioritise competing demands
