As Global Mobility Director, you'll lead a varied portfolio of clients, providing strategic advice on cross-border workforce matters while helping to expand and develop the practice.

Working closely with specialists across tax, legal and advisory disciplines, you'll deliver joined-up solutions to organisations navigating increasingly complex international workforce challenges.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading client relationships and acting as a trusted adviser on global mobility matters.
• Advising on international assignments, expatriate taxation, employment tax and social security issues.
• Supporting businesses with global workforce planning, mobility programmes and international expansion.
• Managing complex cross-border projects and coordinating multi-jurisdictional advice.
• Building strong relationships with business owners, senior executives and key stakeholders.
• Identifying opportunities to broaden client relationships and contribute to revenue growth.
• Mentoring and developing more junior members of the team.
• Supporting the ongoing growth and development of the wider People Advisory offering.

You'll be an experienced Global Mobility professional who enjoys combining technical excellence with commercial and relationship-building skills.

You'll likely have:

• Significant experience within Global Mobility, Employment Tax or International Mobility Advisory.
• Strong technical knowledge of expatriate taxation, social security and international assignment planning.
• Experience managing complex client relationships and delivering high-quality advisory work.
• A commercial mindset and an interest in helping develop and grow a practice.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading, mentoring and developing teams.
• CTA, ACA, ACCA, ATT, ADIT or equivalent qualifications are desirable.
